Frosty Troy's venerable publication, now in the capable hands of Arnold Hamilton, has put up a new and expanded website, all the better for Oklahoma's progressive and freethinking community (small though it may be).
The Observer's new site even includes a video featuring Hamilton talking about the publication's history and mission. It's worth watching. Check out the Observer's new site here.
