Southern conservatives are something special in the annals of modern hypocrisy. They routinely rail against excessive federal spending, but love to bring the pork to their home districts.
So it's not hard to believe that Georgia Rep. Jack Kingston was recently passing out federal stimulus dollars without mentioning the fact that he voted against those same dollars.
The conservative mantra: It's only wasteful spending when it's not in my district.
