A Tulsa Perspective on New Supreme Court Nominee Sonia Sotomayor

The Journal-Record in Oklahoma City has a local perspective on the new Supreme Court nominee. Read it here.

Tulsa's Robert Spoo has some interesting observations. Much less interesting are those of Sen. Jim Inhofe, who's still playing partisan politics. But with Inhofe, that's always the case.

It's too bad our good old buddy Michael DelGiorno moved out of state. As fair-minded as he was, I'm sure he would have treated Rep. Sullivan just as fairly as he did Councilor Sullivan:"Councilor Sullivan...in my opinion he is a drunk! He was seen buying a case of beer. CAN YOU SUE ME RANDY? IN MY OPINION YOU ARE A FILTHY ROTTEN DRUNK! You got drunk and that is why you are gettin' divorced. 'Cause you're a drunk! Sue me, come out in the public and sue me.... You big coward."
