If 'They' Waterboard, Is It Still OK With Bush?

For edification, a waterboard should be set up in the halls of Congress. Then the senators and reps could see how it works and even take a turn themselves if they don't think it looks too onerous. Video of a senator being waterboarded would probably break You Tube's servers.
