Republican Chutzpah Award of the Day: Bar-owning Legislator Complains about DUI Laws
Talk about nerve.
A Wyoming legislator—a Republican—who owns a bar is complaining about proposed new DUI laws, which, he says, will be bad for small businesses (like his!) and will destroy a way of life.
for these laws are not meant to deter drinking and driving, but to destroy a person life, and CDL driver are hurt the most, yes this law need to be changed, a DUI conviction can be more costly than a lot of crimes out there, but this is a cash cow for most States, and that is a crime in itself, so please fight this law
