The Wit & Wisdom of Queen Ann

The conservative pundit Ann Coulter, speaking this week to the New York Observer:
If we took away women’s right to vote, we’d never have to worry about another Democrat president. It’s kind of a pipe dream, it’s a personal fantasy of mine, but I don’t think it’s going to happen. And it is a good way of making the point that women are voting so stupidly, at least single women.
Who needs that stinkin' Nineteenth Amendment?

    The question of which of Ann's latest lines was going to be the one to get the Left's goat this time 'round has been much discussed over the last few days. The one you selected has been the favorite of most.

    I bet there's money changing hands over this issue right now. Somebody has to win the bets.

    I understand she is dating a liberal man, which gives me an idea.

    She has exhausted the extremes of right-wing rhetoric to the point that even right-wingers are going "ho-hum."

    The biggest attention-getting move she could make is one of those WWE good guy/bad guy switcheroos--she becomes a liberal. That would open up new, untorched ground, and she could also reinvent herself as a "serious" commentator.

    Don't think it can't happen.
